Support Engineer - Responsibilities

Build and maintain a solutions knowledge base, configure incident templates, business rules, and categories to optimize and automate the helpdesk system.
Provide first-line curative support and ensure the installation, configuration, and security compliance of computer equipment according to Zetes Standards.
Implement workstation and hardware hardening based on security protocols set by Zetes Standards.
Manage IT asset stock, including the acquisition, installation, and commissioning of new equipment, and ensure regular fleet renewal and inventory tracking.
Oversee the management and availability of mobile phones and landlines in accordance with the “mobile policy” and enforce software/access security rules.

Support Engineer - Your Profile

Process and track support tickets, providing on-site and remote assistance, even for out-of-scope issues.
Manage hardware purchases, inventory, and the configuration/installation of IT equipment (PCs, VoIP, printers, smartphones).
Decommission old equipment, ensuring proper data destruction through an approved company.
Monitor IT equipment performance, test new equipment, and perform physical maintenance (cleaning, dusting, etc.).
Coordinate with suppliers, accept and configure hardware before deployment, and track stock for annual inventory and replacement budget.
English (Fluent) and Dutch or French (Fluent)
Oversee the mobile fleet, coordinate with telecommunications suppliers, repair hardware, and configure mobile phone software.
Manage security protocols (GPO creation, MFA, BitLocker, BIOS Lock) and ensure application updates and package deployments. Maintain asset inventory and build a CMDB.
