Role

Key Responsibilities:


  • Technical Support: Handle and resolve customer technical issues via phone or ticketing system, ensuring quick and efficient solutions.
  • Network Monitoring & Maintenance: Support the implementation and maintenance of network systems such as WiFi, VoIP, IPTV, and more, while monitoring systems to ensure operational continuity.
  • Configuration & Integration: Assist in the initial configuration of network equipment and ensure seamless integration into existing customer environments.
  • Customer Service: Provide both proactive and reactive support to customers, working closely with the technical team to resolve network issues.
  • Solution-Oriented Approach: Identify and document technical problems, contributing to process improvements to prevent future incidents.


Profile


  • Education: A degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a first-line support role, preferably in a network or telecom environment.
  • Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of network technologies (WiFi, routing, VLANs) and IT infrastructures.
  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Mindset: Customer-oriented, a team player, and eager to develop further in a technical environment.
