Your responsibilities

Leading and coordinating M&A and private equity transactions from term sheet to closing
Advising funds and investors throughout the investment lifecycle
Supporting fund structuring and related corporate finance matters
Negotiating transaction documents with a pragmatic and business-oriented approach
Managing files independently while contributing to client development initiatives

Ideal Profile

3 to 7 years of experience in Corporate and M&A, ideally with exposure to Private Equity
Native Dutch speaker with strong command of English (French being a plus)
Belgian Master in Law with solid academic background
