Your role | 360° Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage your own market with the support of your manager and team.
You will be involved in the full recruitment cycle:
Talent Acquisition
- Identify and approach qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess motivations
- Build long-term talent networks
Business Development
- Develop your own portfolio of clients
- Prospect new companies and create partnerships
- Organize client meetings
- Negotiate terms and conditions
Matchmaking
- Introduce the right candidates to the right companies
- Guide both parties through the recruitment process
- Negotiate offers and close deals
Your Profile
- First experience in recruitment, sales or commercial environment
- Strong communication skills
- Resilient, ambitious and performance-driven
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable with targets and challenges
- Fluent in French or Dutch, with good English
- Eager to learn and evolve quickly
