Our Finance team in Brussels is growing, and we're looking for a junior recruiter ready to jump in. No experience in recruitment? No problem: full training is part of the deal.

What the role looks like:

Finding top finance talent: accountants, controllers, auditors, CFOs…
Connecting with candidates through sourcing, cold calling, and creative outreach
Understanding clients' hiring needs and matching them with the right profiles
Building a personal client portfolio from scratch: prospecting, following up, closing deals
Acting as the main point of contact throughout the process, for both clients and candidates

The kind of person we’re looking for:

A recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree: any field welcome
Native-level Dutch speaker, with good command of French or English
A natural communicator who enjoys challenges and fast-paced environments
Resilient and optimistic, even when things don’t go as planned
Eager to learn, grow, and become part of a fun, ambitious team
