Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst | Internship

Sander & Partners is a Belgian recruitment group consisting of two companies: Sander and Squarehub. Based in Brussels, Antwerp, and Paris, we leverage strong professional networks and tailor-made recruitment solutions to help both companies and candidates achieve their goals. As part of our growth, we are looking for an intern or student to support Nahel, our Business Analyst and Data Project Manager.

Projects you’ll contribute to

Gather requirements from recruitment consultants and team leaders according to various methodologies
Formalize requirements in a document (Notion, Excel), then present them to the stakeholders (PowerPoint, Canva)
Build a roadmap aligned with the company’s business and tech strategy
Extract data from multiple internal and external sources (job boards, LinkedIn, CRM, etc.) and centralize it into a Data Warehouse (Google BigQuery)
Query the Data Warehouse using SQL to access data on candidates, clients, and recruitment stages
Use Excel (VBA) or Python for data quality control scripts and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
Identify consultants’ key performance indicators (KPIs) and track their month-to-month progress
Create reports and interactive dashboards via Power BI to monitor daily, monthly, and quarterly activity
Implement automation scenarios using the CRM or a no-code platform (Make, Zapier) for candidates or clients
Stay up to date on data tools and practices applied to recruitment (e.g., AI solutions)
Work under Agile framework for data project management and process improvement

Profile we’re looking for

Master’s student (business school, engineering, statistics, computer science, or finance), specializing in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Project Management
Comfortable with data handling and analysis tools (Excel required, Power BI is a plus)
Programming skills in SQL or Python are an asset
Rigorous, analytical mindset, able to structure and clearly present information
Professional level in French or English required; Dutch is a plus
