Human Resources Assistant (3/5 – with potential to evolve to 4/5)

Are you passionate about HR, recruitment, and people operations? Looking for a meaningful part-time role in an intellectually stimulating environment?

One of our partners, active in the field of international consultancy, is looking for a motivated Human Resources Assistant to support the Administrative & Financial Manager and take ownership of key HR processes. You'll play an essential role in supporting a team of around 30 permanent staff members and 15 to 20 interns/students, with busy onboarding waves in September–October and January.

HR Assistant | Function

End-to-end recruitment of interns (10 to 20 per year)
HR administration: payroll prep, leave tracking, data entry, etc.
Onboarding and offboarding of staff and interns
Contribute to various HR projects (tools, processes, internal policies)
Organize internal events and team-building activities

HR Assistant | Profile

Degree in Human Resources or equivalent training
A first successful experience in HR, especially in recruitment
Fluency in French and English (frequent contact with international universities)

Full-time equivalent (FTE) salary package:

Competitive gross monthly salary based on experience
