Functional Analyst - Digital solutions

As a Functional Analyst in our Digital Solutions team, you'll turn complex requirements into smart, scalable solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders, translate business goals into functional specs, and collaborate with developers to bring digital products to life.

From data flows to user stories, you’ll make sure every detail is aligned with delivering real value.

Role

Act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Collaborate with Product Owners and developers to ensure clear understanding and implementation of solutions
Create user stories, process flows, and data models to support development and testing
Participate in workshops and meetings to understand end-user needs and identify improvement opportunities
Support the implementation of digital tools and platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals
Assist in testing and validation of delivered solutions (UAT, regression, etc.)
Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

3 to 5 years of experience in functional and/or technical analysis within digital projects
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear functional/technical specifications
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with multidisciplinary teams
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Power BI, BPMN/UML tools, etc.
Comfortable collaborating with developers, testers, Product Owners, UX/UI designers
Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and validating technical solutions
Fluency in French, Dutch, and English

Extra:
