You’ll advise a wide range of clients—from multinational assignees to entrepreneurial profiles—on complex personal tax and compensation matters, with direct client interaction and real ownership. Role
- Deliver strategic personal income tax and international employment advice
- Optimize client remuneration packages (equity, pensions, bonus plans, allowances...)
- Prepare and review tax calculations and filings for expatriates and internationally mobile employees
- Advise on tax rulings, withholding tax relief, reward structuring and legal compliance
- Participate in cross-border mobility and expatriate assignment planning
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and handle their questions with care and precision
- Coach and support junior team members
- Contribute to client meetings and internal initiatives with your ideas and insights
Profile
- At least 3 years’ experience in global employer services, expat tax or personal income tax consulting
- Master’s degree in Law or Economics, ideally with an additional Master in Tax
- Full working proficiency in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
- Solid understanding of Belgian and international personal tax matters
- Proactive, hands-on, and client-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- A real team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting others
