For one of our partners, an international accounting firm, we are looking for an Accountancy Supervisor for their Brussels office.

Supervisor Accountancy | Your responsabilities

Supervising a team of 5–6 accountants, ranging from junior to senior levels.
Leading client meetings alongside your team members.
Reviewing and ensuring the quality of your team’s work.
Assisting your direct management with team-related matters.

Supervisor Accountancy | Your profile

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in external accountancy.
Excellent command of English and either French or Dutch.
ITAA certification or internship is a plus but not mandatory.
Prior experience in management or mentorship, such as supervising junior staff.

Supervisor Accountancy | The advantages

A gross monthly salary of over 4.000€
