Employment Lawyer
Our client is a leading Belgian employment law firm and is looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join its growing team.
Join a niche Employment practice handling complex, high value matters while offering a genuine work life balance. You will work within an independent Belgian firm with strong international exposure, benefit from early client contact, high autonomy and a transparent, collaborative culture focused on long term development rather than internal competition.
Role
• Involvement in a broad range of employment and social law matters, primarily acting on the employer side
• Predominantly advisory practice, representing approximately 70% of the work
• Advising on individual and collective employment law matters
• Supporting clients in restructurings and collective dismissal processes
• Advising on compensation schemes, international mobility and employee relations
• Providing employment law support to in house legal teams and law firms without an employment practice
Profile
• Qualified lawyer with 3 to 6 years experience in employment law
• French or Dutch speaking, with a strong command of English
• Strong analytical, pragmatic and solution oriented mindset
• Comfortable with direct client contact and working in a team environment
• Willing to commit to a long term professional project
