Role
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing smart solutions alongside operations teams and process engineers.
- Power strategic projects with sharp, data-driven insights.
- Design and maintain custom tools that make daily operations smoother, faster, and smarter.
- Build and evolve performance dashboards, especially in Power BI, to turn data into clear, actionable intelligence.
- Develop tailor-made tools to boost productivity and give teams greater visibility over key processes.
- Be a catalyst for continuous improvement — not just in tools, but in how we work every day.
Profile
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
- You're confident working in English (C1 level minimum) and comfortable in French (B1–B2 level).
- You bring at least 2 years of experience in an operational or logistics environment.
- You're a Power BI pro — data visualization is your playground.
- You have solid knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and WCS (Warehouse Control Systems).
- You've hands-on experience building and maintaining analytics and reporting tools.
