Data Analyst - International Company

Actively contribute to optimizing business processes for a leading international company based in Liège.

Your expertise will be key in evaluating the efficiency of equipment, processes, and teams, while transforming raw data into meaningful and actionable insights.


Role

  • Collaborate with business teams to identify operational improvement opportunities and turn them into concrete actions
  • Develop custom tools to enhance productivity and streamline internal processes
  • Design, improve, and maintain performance monitoring dashboards, particularly using Power BI
  • Deliver reliable and actionable analyses to support strategic projects and operational decision-making
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of work methods and tools
  • Ensure the stability and performance of implemented solutions, and resolve any issues promptly
  • Work closely with IT teams to co-develop technical solutions aligned with business needs
  • Support end users in adopting new tools and monitor their impact over time

Profile

  • You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent technical or analytical field
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in an operational environment, with a strong understanding of business flows and processes
  • You have solid data analysis skills and can turn complex data into effective decision-support tools
  • You are proficient with Microsoft tools, especially Excel, MS Project, and Visio, and have advanced expertise in Power BI
  • You have a strong foundation in industrial engineering (e.g., motion studies, space optimization, root cause analysis)
  • You are familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and WCS (Warehouse Control Systems), and can incorporate them into your operational thinking
  • You have experience developing, structuring, and maintaining analysis and reporting tools for performance tracking or process optimization
  • You communicate effectively with both technical and operational teams, and are known for your solution- and results-oriented mindset
  • You are fluent in English (C1 required) and have at least an intermediate level in French (B1–B2 minimum)
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and bring a proactive and positive attitude to your work
