BI Analyst & Automation Specialist - The Role

Design and develop automated workflows, business applications, and data solutions using Python and the Microsoft Power Platform
Analyze manual processes and transform them into efficient, scalable, and reliable digital workflows
Build integrations between applications and data sources through APIs and the Microsoft ecosystem
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver innovative solutions that drive operational excellence
Lead and support automation initiatives while ensuring high standards in testing, documentation, governance, security, and continuous improvement

BI Analyst & Automation Specialist - The Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, Linux, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Experience with data analysis, process automation, and business application development
Excellent analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
Fluent in Dutch and comfortable working in an international environment where English is the common language
