AI Innovation Specialist - What's the job about ?

Identify and prioritize AI use cases through workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
Translate business needs into practical AI and automation solutions with measurable impact.
Coordinate and support the implementation and integration of AI initiatives across the organization.
Promote AI adoption through communication, training, and user support, with a focus on Agentic AI.
Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and international teams to ensure secure and compliant AI solutions.
Drive AI maturity by contributing to capability building and continuous improvement initiatives.

AI Innovation Specialist - Who Are You ?

Experience in AI, digital transformation, project management or process improvement, ideally within a regulated environment.
Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and their practical business applications.
Knowledge of APIs, data flows, and system integration concepts.
Experience supporting change management, user adoption, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Good understanding of security, compliance, and governance considerations related to AI solutions.
Fluent in Dutch and English; French is considered an advantage.
