Your responsibilities

Advising on planning and environmental law matters
Assisting clients in public procurement procedures and tender processes
Supporting real estate development projects from a regulatory perspective
Drafting and negotiating contracts related to real estate and infrastructure projects
Handling litigation before the Council of State and other courts

Ideal Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate & Regulatory Law
Fluent in Dutch and English, with working knowledge of French
Belgian Master in Law
