Software Support Engineer - What's the job about ?

Serve as primary contact for customers, ensuring clear, professional communication.
Register, classify, and manage incidents via the ticketing system.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues, escalating to development when needed.
Monitor support tickets to ensure timely resolution and SLA compliance.
Collaborate with teams in Brussels to maintain strong inter-team relationships.

Software Support Engineer - Who are you ?

Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience; strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of databases (MSSQL/Oracle) and ability to write complex queries.
Understanding of REST APIs, network basics, and Windows OS administration.
Familiarity with IIS, Microsoft Azure, source control, and basic C#/.NET.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English with a positive, proactive attitude.
