Role

Your Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead complex and cross-border M&A deals (PE and strategic)

• Develop client relationships and originate your own business

• Mentor juniors and cultivate a collaborative culture

• Actively contribute to team leadership alongside current partners

• Drive visibility in the Belgian M&A ecosystem

Profile

Ideal Profile

• You’ve spent 8 to 12 years navigating M&A deals and are now ready to bring not just legal expertise, but also a sense of vision and business momentum to a growing team.

• You’re a native Dutch speaker, fully at ease in English, and confident enough in French to manage files and relationships across all three languages.

• You hold a Belgian Master’s in Law, but what really sets you apart is your commercial instinct and your ability to see opportunities, both for your clients and for yourself.
