In a context of growth, we’re currently hiring for a Recruitment Consultant role to strengthen the development of our team in Brussels.

Sander is a Belgian Recruitment Company with three offices which offers service in the Financial, IT and HR sector. In a context of growth and development, we are currently looking for a consultant wishing to do the next step and motivated to evolve in a fast growing environment.

Your day-to-day

Maintain and develop your clients Portfolio in the region of Brussels & Flemish Brabant
Search and selection, meeting, presentation, negotiation and follow-up of the candidates proposed to your clients
Writing advertisement on different job boards
Grow your professional network presence and personal branding
Negotiation of all commercial aspects related to the partnership with your clients and the talks between candidates and clients.
Stay constantly updated on your market from a technical, commercial, and HR point of view

The person we're looking for :

Graduated with at least a Bachelor
Good knowledge of French, Dutch. Knowledge of English is a real asset

A salesperson
Someone who's easygoing, authentic with good communication skills
