One of our partners in the research and development sector is currently seeking a Payroll Team Lead to join their Brussels office.
As an international company, our partner is recognized as a market leader. For over fifty years, their expertise across various life sciences fields has been driven by a mission to shape not only the present but also the future.
To strengthen the team, the Belgian office is looking for a Payroll Lead to oversee both the operational and, most importantly, technical aspects of payroll and compensation management.
Payroll Lead | Role
- Oversee and manage daily payroll operations for various employee statuses (expats, international workers, etc.).
- Optimize compensation structures and payroll-related processes.
- Provide technical leadership and supervision to the payroll team.
- Handle complex employee queries and cases with professionalism and accuracy.
Payroll Lead | Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in payroll within an international environment.
- Fluent in French, English and Dutch
- Solid knowledge of Belgian labor and social security legislation, including various employee statuses.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and well-organized, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
Payroll Lead | Offer
