Payroll Specialist | Function
- Manage end-to-end payroll for 500+ employees, in partnership with the social secretariat
- Handle all payroll-related administration and reporting
- Monitor changes in labor law and integrate them into internal processes
- Perform collective analyses and help implement necessary adjustments
- Contribute to digitalization and process improvements
Payroll Specialit | Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll management
- Excellent knowledge of Belgian social legislation
- Professional fluency in both Dutch and French
- Autonomous, precise, and solution-oriented
