Role
Your duties and responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day M&A execution (private and PE-backed deals)
• Act as client go-to for smooth and pragmatic handling
• Collaborate with juniors and contribute to a positive team vibe
• Support strategic growth efforts with Brussels & Antwerp partners
• Work across life sciences, financial services, insurance, and energy sectors
Profile
Ideal Profile
• You have between 4 and 8 years of solid M&A experience, ideally in a top-tier Belgian or international firm, and you're now looking to take more ownership on deals.
• You’re a Dutch speaker with fluent English and a good working knowledge of French—confident enough to manage clients across jurisdictions.
• You’ve got a Belgian Master’s in Law and, more importantly, a pragmatic mindset, team spirit, and the maturity to handle both pressure and people with balance.
