Are you the Kubernetes expert who can lead our TKGI → OpenShift migration and drive the team to success?
Our client is leading a large-scale migration from TKGI (Tanzu Kubernetes Grid Integrated) to OpenShift, with a critical deadline set for December 2026.
The program is facing several challenges:
- A significant lack of standardization (Helm standards, Kustomize, ArgoCD, Vault)
- Teams composed mainly of junior profiles
- Overloaded senior experts
To support this transformation, we are looking for a Kubernetes Expert / IT System Engineer who can structure, secure and accelerate the migration while upskilling the teams.
Mission Objectives
- Accelerate the TKGI → OpenShift migration
- Ensure strict adherence to defined technical standards
- Reduce errors, rework and non-compliant implementations
- Train, guide and empower technical teams towards autonomy
Role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical Kubernetes reference for the migration program
- Validate technical designs and ensure compliance with GitOps standards (ArgoCD, Kustomize, Helm, Vault)
- Support and guide teams during namespace and application migrations
- Answer technical questions and relieve senior experts from operational overload
- Perform in-depth technical reviews (code, pipelines, deployment patterns)
- Correct and improve existing approaches
- Secure deployments and enforce best practices
- Define and formalize a simple, repeatable and scalable migration methodology
- Coach junior and medior profiles through daily hands-on guidance

- Recent proven experience in complex Kubernetes environments
- Strong background in platform migration or transformation projects
