Our client is a leading Belgian law firm with strong international exposure, looking for a Dutch-speaking lawyer to strengthen its Financial Regulations team.

Your duties and responsibilities

Advise clients on financial services regulations: banking, investment funds, payments, crypto, ESG, etc.
Monitor evolving laws, market trends, and new technologies affecting the financial sector.
Support clients in regulatory procedures and discussions with financial authorities.
Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership through research, publications, and client presentations.
Collaborate closely with peers and partners in a multilingual, inclusive, and innovative environment.

Ideal profile

Experience: Junior lawyer or up to 2 years of experience in Financial Regulations or a related field.
Languages: Native Dutch speaker, excellent English, passive French.
Qualifications: Belgian Master in Law; a specialization in financial or economic law is an asset.
