Your responsabilities

Advise national and international clients on a broad range of commercial law matters
Draft and review commercial contracts and provide strategic legal opinions
Assist in commercial litigation before Belgian courts and arbitral tribunals
Handle matters related to intellectual property, IT law and data protection
Contribute to both advisory and contentious files under direct supervision
Participate in the development and growth of the practice

Ideal profile

At least 1 year of experience at the Bar or in a company in Commercial Law
Fluent in French and English, with good knowledge of Dutch as an asset
Belgian Master’s degree in Law with excellent academic results
