Junior Accountant | A role with lots of evolution possible

• Ensure the accuracy of general ledger accounts (postings, adjustments, reconciliations).
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure the completeness and reliability of the accounts.
• Manage and monitor the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay process.
• Participate in monthly and annual closings in a timely manner.
• Prepare accounting entries, accruals, and reconciliations related to closings.
• Monitor overdue customer balances and follow up to ensure prompt collection.
• Contribute to reporting and analysis related to credit control.
• Manage communications with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders on financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with and updates to accounting administrative procedures.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes.
• Contribute to the optimization and development of the accounting system (Odoo).

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, or general accounting, or in a fiduciary management role
• Education: You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Languages: You are fluent in French and have a working knowledge of English and Dutch
