Our client, a global brand in the fashion industry, is looking for an HR Officer to join its team in Belgium and play a key role in managing HR operations across Europe.

Role
- Oversee full HR management for employees across Europe
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all complex HR-related inquiries
- Manage recruitment for support functions
- Implement and drive HR projects (both Hard and Soft HR) while contributing to process improvement
- Support the development and digitalization of HR tools
- Assist in designing training programs for employees
Profile
- You have a first successful experience in HR, with a strong understanding of Hard HR and administrative processes
- You are fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage priorities independently
- A trustworthy individual, capable of handling confidential information with discretion
