New Opportunity – Wavre – HR & Payroll Specialist
One of our partners, active in the space engineering sector, is looking for their next HR & Payroll Specialist to join their HR team in Walloon Brabant.
As an HR & Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing international payroll in collaboration with a social secretariat. You will also take part in various HR projects and act as the main point of contact for employees regarding all HR-related matters.
HR & Payroll Specialist | Function
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of international payroll in collaboration with a social secretariat
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as all related administrative tasks
- Work closely with the Finance team and the HR Manager
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize payroll processes
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and European social legislation
HR & Payroll Specialist | Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in payroll management (experience in an international context is a plus)
- Good knowledge of labor law, ideally at the European level
- Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken
