Helpdesk - What You’ll Do

Be the trusted first contact for users via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related systems.
Manage tickets end-to-end, keeping users informed and satisfied.
Escalate complex incidents when needed, but never lose ownership.
Share knowledge by creating user-friendly documentation and quick guides.
Spot opportunities to improve how we work and suggest better solutions.

Helpdesk - What You Bring

IT degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
3+ years in a helpdesk or technical support role.
Fluent in English and Dutch (French is an asset).
Solid experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and ticketing systems.
Strong communication skills, patience, and a real service-oriented mindset.
Curious, eager to grow, and motivated by solving problems.
Team spirit combined with a proactive, can-do attitude.
