Head Accountant - International IT Company

Role
- Improve and implement financial systems (ERP, payroll, CRM, etc.)
- Update/create internal policies
- Ensure the enforcement of company policies
- Manage the Accounting & Tax team
- Ensure accurate and compliant bookkeeping
- Produce consolidated monthly IFRS accounts within 5 days
- Handle inventory entries, deferred revenue, intercompany recharges, and FX consolidation
- Provide regular or ad hoc financial analyses
- Lead annual audits (migration to IFRS planned)
- Produce statutory financial statements and tax returns
- Ensure tax compliance
- Collaborate closely with internal teams
- Support governance, internal controls, and operational issue resolution
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of full accounting experience, including team management (must)
- Knowledge Oracle Netsuite
- Experience with BE GAAP and IFRS
- Fluent level in English
- IT-savvy, especially in SaaS/pharma environments

Offer
- Salary: up to €6,500 gross/month, with a flexible budget and potential to exceed based on experience
- Bonus: 10% annual bonus
