Head Accountant - International IT Company

For one of our clients, we are actively looking for an Accounting Manager for the Walloon Brabant region.

Role

Improve and implement financial systems (ERP, payroll, CRM, etc.)
Update/create internal policies
Ensure the enforcement of company policies
Manage the Accounting & Tax team
Ensure accurate and compliant bookkeeping
Produce consolidated monthly IFRS accounts within 5 days
Handle inventory entries, deferred revenue, intercompany recharges, and FX consolidation
Provide regular or ad hoc financial analyses
Lead annual audits (migration to IFRS planned)
Produce statutory financial statements and tax returns
Ensure tax compliance
Collaborate closely with internal teams
Support governance, internal controls, and operational issue resolution

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum 5 years of full accounting experience, including team management (must)
Knowledge Oracle Netsuite
Experience with BE GAAP and IFRS
Fluent level in English
IT-savvy, especially in SaaS/pharma environments

Offer

Salary: up to €6,500 gross/month, with a flexible budget and potential to exceed based on experience
Bonus: 10% annual bonus
