General Accountant in Brussels
For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Accountant for the Brussels region.

Role
- Manage daily accounting for multiple entities, in compliance with local and group standards.
- Ensure weekly cash reporting and payment forecasts.
- Provide accurate monthly group reporting and intercompany reconciliations.
- Prepare VAT declarations and statutory annual financial statements.
- Manage master data (suppliers, customers, payment terms).
- Handle ad hoc requests from internal teams (accounting, treasury, legal, etc.).
- Conduct regular inventories and reconcile them with accounting records.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants for audits and tax filings.
- Contribute to improving accounting processes and take charge of new projects.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in internal accounting or with an accounting firm.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Well-organized and able to manage monthly deadlines.
- Highly rigorous and reliable.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
