Functional Analyst - Green Infrastructure industry

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, formalize requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications
• Maintain accurate documentation of business needs, processes, and system features, while supporting end-user training
• Work closely with designers and developers to define system capabilities and ensure they align with business goals
• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to backlog prioritization, and support user acceptance testing to validate proposed solutions

• Proficiency in English, plus fluency in at least one of the following: French or Dutch
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, management, or a related field
• Proven experience in functional analysis or a similar role within IT or software solutions environments
• Experience presenting solutions (products or features) to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• A team player with a collaborative mindset
