We’re looking for a senior software architect / backend developer to take ownership of complex systems, shape technical strategy, and mentor a growing team of talented developers. This is an opportunity to work on challenging, high-impact projects with a focus on scalable, robust backend solutions.
Role
As a senior software architect / backend lead, you’ll drive the design and implementation of complex backend systems. You’ll collaborate with product teams, other developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. You’ll guide technical direction, lead initiatives end-to-end, and help grow a talented team in an Agile environment
Profile
- 6+ years of software development experience, with strong backend focus
- Technical leadership experience, from mentoring to architectural decision making
- Strong experience with Python and Django, and experience with APIs and scalable platforms
- Fluently in English
Nice to have:
- AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Grafana
- Knowledge of the eMobility ecosystem (OCPI, OCPP, etc.)
- Frontend exposure (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript)

- Long term freelance position with 1 day per week onsite or full remote for candidates in EU.
