Role

Your Duties and Responsibilities

Advise financial institutions and international clients on Banking & Finance transactions and lending matters
Work on Capital Markets transactions alongside broader financing mandates
Handle Financial Regulation and strategic advisory matters for regulated institutions
Support corporate transactions involving banks and other financial sector players
Manage matters with increasing autonomy while coordinating with specialist teams across the international network

Profile

Ideal Profile

You are a Mid-Level or Senior Associate with solid experience in Banking & Finance, Capital Markets and/or Financial Regulation, ideally gained within a leading Belgian or international law firm
You are fully comfortable working in English on sophisticated international matters; Dutch and/or French are valuable additional languages
You combine strong technical foundations with autonomy, commercial awareness and intellectual curiosity, and are attracted by a broader financial practice rather than remaining confined to one specialism

The Offer

€10,000 – €15,000 gross/month + bonus, depending on seniority and experience
