Finance Manager Group Accounting
Lead a 9-person accounting team and drive finance transformation projects within an international organisation.

Your responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of 9 finance professionals across Project Accounting, Accounts Payable and General Accounting.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor compliance with accounting policies, internal controls and statutory requirements, including key balance sheet reconciliations and closing controls.
- Coordinate internal and external audit activities where required.
- Lead and contribute to finance transformation, change management and continuous improvement projects.
- Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to identify efficiencies and improve processes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, ownership and continuous learning within the team.
Ideal Profile
- Experience: You have at least 8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, including proven experience in accounting leadership and team management within a complex organisation. You are comfortable combining strategic oversight with a hands-on approach.
- Languages: You have excellent English communication skills and are comfortable working with international stakeholders.
- Qualifications: You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and closing processes is essential. Experience with SAP is a strong asset.

- A 7-month ad interim assignment, with the possibility of extension.
- Full-time position with a desired start date of 1 October 2026, or earlier if possible.
