Finance Accountant and Office Manager - Brussels
For one of our clients, we are actively looking for a Finance and Office Manager based in Brussels.

Role
- Prepare and monitor the budget, payroll accounting, and invoicing for the Belgian office.
- Collaborate with the CFO to prepare the master budget and present financial reports.
- Monitor timesheets and donor-related allocations using Odoo.
- Produce accurate profit & loss and balance sheet reports, analyzing any variances.
- Coordinate with the external accountant and provide support during financial audits.
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the office and oversee general office activities.
- Manage supplier relationships and organize office supply purchases.
- Handle general correspondence and support onboarding processes for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures in collaboration with the HR department.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
- Bilingual in French/English or Dutch/English
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, and communicative by nature
