Employment Lawyer (3–7 years’ experience)

Your duties and responsibilities

Advise clients on all aspects of employment and social security law, both individual and collective.
Participate in HR transformation, restructuring projects, and social audits.
Represent clients in employment-related litigation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (corporate, tax, real estate, etc.) on cross-practice mandates.
Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.

Ideal profile

Experience: 3–7 years in employment & social security law, ideally in an international or business-oriented law firm.
Languages: Native in French or Dutch, fluent in English.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Belgian law; an additional specialization in employment law is a plus.
