As a Data Analyst, you will be at the heart of process analysis at our European Distribution Center. Your expertise will enable you to assess the efficiency of equipment, processes and teams while transforming raw data into exploitable information.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining tools to improve the day-to-day management of operations. This includes developing and optimizing dashboards using Power BI, as well as designing customized productivity tools.
Data Analyst - Your Tasks
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate the efficiency of equipment, processes, and teams; transform raw data into actionable insights and clear visualizations.
- Operational Support: Respond to operational analysis requests and collaborate closely with Process Engineers and Operations to identify improvement opportunities.
- Project Involvement: Provide accurate and relevant data to support various operational and strategic projects.
- Tool Development: Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards (mainly in Power BI) and customized productivity tools to enhance daily operations.
- Technical Collaboration: Work with Operations and IT to define and implement effective technical solutions, ensuring tools run smoothly and issues are quickly resolved.
Data Analyst - Your Profile
- Educational & Professional Background: Bachelor's in industrial engineering (or equivalent) with 2+ years in operational environments; logistics/distribution center experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, tool/report development; expert in Excel, Power BI, MS Project, Visio; familiar with WMS/WCS systems.
- Operational & Analytical Expertise: Strong grasp of operational processes and industrial engineering methods (e.g. motion studies, space planning, root cause analysis).
- Languages & Communication: Fluent in English (C1) and proficient in French (B1-B2); clear communicator, results-driven, and solutions-oriented.
- Work Ethic & Attitude: Highly organized, rigorous, positive, and team-spirited.
