What you'll do :

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients: listen, guide, support and retain them through top-notch follow-up.
  • Take full ownership of your clients’ experience – you’re not just a middle person, you’re their go-to expert.
  • Handle new requests with speed and precision: you’ll identify the right profiles and propose them directly to the client.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process, helping clients understand how to get the most out of Squarehub.
  • Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor, not just a service provider.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure feedback is heard and improvements are implemented.
  • Keep systems up to date – whether it’s our ATS, job boards (Stepstone, LinkedIn), or internal tools.
  • Anticipate client needs and take a proactive approach to ensure they stick around and keep growing with us.
  • Support commercial follow-up by highlighting upsell opportunities and sharing market insights.


Who we are looking for :

  • You’re fluent in both French and Dutch – you feel at ease switching between the two all day.
  • You’ve already worked in recruitment, HR, account management, or customer success, and you know how to deal with demanding clients.
  • You have a structured mindset, but you're also flexible when needed – you know when to follow the process and when to adapt.
  • You're great at managing multiple priorities and staying calm under pressure.
  • You take initiative and ownership – you don’t wait for instructions to act.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills – you listen first, talk second.
  • You’re tech-savvy and familiar with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel, CRM systems, and job boards.
  • You’re naturally empathetic, commercially sharp, and detail-oriented.
