What you'll do :
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients: listen, guide, support and retain them through top-notch follow-up.
- Take full ownership of your clientsâ experience â youâre not just a middle person, youâre their go-to expert.
- Handle new requests with speed and precision: youâll identify the right profiles and propose them directly to the client.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process, helping clients understand how to get the most out of Squarehub.
- Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor, not just a service provider.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure feedback is heard and improvements are implemented.
- Keep systems up to date â whether itâs our ATS, job boards (Stepstone, LinkedIn), or internal tools.
- Anticipate client needs and take a proactive approach to ensure they stick around and keep growing with us.
- Support commercial follow-up by highlighting upsell opportunities and sharing market insights.
Who we are looking for :
- Youâre fluent in both French and Dutch â you feel at ease switching between the two all day.
- Youâve already worked in recruitment, HR, account management, or customer success, and you know how to deal with demanding clients.
- You have a structured mindset, but you're also flexible when needed â you know when to follow the process and when to adapt.
- You're great at managing multiple priorities and staying calm under pressure.
- You take initiative and ownership â you donât wait for instructions to act.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills â you listen first, talk second.
- Youâre tech-savvy and familiar with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel, CRM systems, and job boards.
- Youâre naturally empathetic, commercially sharp, and detail-oriented.
