AWS/ AKS engineer

• Architect and manage scalable, resilient infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Maintain and optimize Kubernetes clusters for mission-critical, containerized applications.
• Build robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and testing.
• Drive observability through Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and similar stacks.
• Implement cloud security best practices, IAM policies, and align with compliance frameworks like SOC2 and ISO 27001.
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and lead incident response efforts.
• Champion automation using Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and ops to embed DevOps culture across teams.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps roles.
• Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, etc.).
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience (EKS, K3s, or self-hosted clusters).
• Skilled in scripting with Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience in monitoring, logging, and GitOps practices.
• Solid grasp of networking, serverless architecture, and FinOps strategies.
• Familiarity with trading systems or performance-critical environments is a plus.

Work remotely or from our hubs in London, Brussels, Singapore, and soon Paris.
