Our client, a leading Belgian law firm, is seeking an ambitious Associate in Corporate Law to join their growing Brussels office.

Your duties and responsibilities?

Handle corporate files from A to Z, including incorporations, restructurings, and transactions.
Advise and support clients in their growth projects, including due diligence, drafting, and negotiating contracts.
Provide pragmatic and creative legal solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Build strong client relationships and ensure clear, proactive communication.

Ideal profile?

Minimum 4 years’ experience in corporate law (transactional and advisory).
Strong command of Dutch, French, and English.
Master of Law degree.
