Application Support Engineer - The Function

Providing applicative support for SaaS solutions.
Monitoring, analyzing, and resolving incidents using tools such as Kibana.
Collaborating closely with development teams to ensure smooth deployments and continuous improvements.
Leveraging Google Development Tools for efficient issue tracking, testing, and automation.
Documenting recurring issues and contributing to process optimization.

Application Support Engineer - The Candidate

Experience with SaaS applications and application support.
