Application Support Engineer - The Role
- Provide second-line support for SaaS web applications and APIs (REST, SOAP).
- Debug applications and APIs using tools such as Google Developer Tools.
- Analyze logs and monitoring data with tools like Datadog and Kibana.
- Track and document incidents, workflows, and solutions in Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues efficiently.
Application Support Engineer - The Candidate
- 3–5 years’ experience in application support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, debugging, and SaaS troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Datadog, Kibana).
- Familiarity with EDC APIs (e.g., Medidata Rave, Veeva) and ODM-XML format.
- Proficiency with Jira & Confluence (dashboards, workflows, reporting).
