Role
- Responsible for verifying and approving purchase invoices, including checking account numbers, amounts, VAT, and supplier details.
- Handle the processing of cash transactions and investments, as well as the preparation and recording of sales invoices, such as rental fees.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial closings, which involve calculating depreciation, establishing provisions, monitoring accrual accounts, and reconciling balance sheets.
- Manage the monthly preparation, review, and submission of VAT declarations.
- Annually compile customer listings, complete form 281.50, and handle corporate tax, legal entity tax, patrimony tax, and structural surveys.
- Coordinate with the external auditor to finalize and submit the annual financial statements.
- Oversee the preparation and support of audit processes.
Profile
- Bachelor in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years in AZ Accounting
- You are bilingual in Dutch and French
- Knowledge of Accounting ERP is a plus
