Our client, an international business law firm, is seeking a Tax lawyer with a portable client portfolio to expand its Brussels office.

Your duties and responsibilities

Develop and manage your existing tax client portfolio
Advise companies on corporate tax structuring and strategic tax planning
Assist clients on cross-border tax matters and transactions
Collaborate with Corporate and M&A teams on complex deals
Contribute to the expansion of the firm’s Tax practice in Belgium

Ideal profile

Experience: 8+ years in Tax law with a portable client portfolio
Languages: French and English required; Dutch is a strong asset
Qualifications: Belgian law degree and admission to the Belgian Bar
