  • Troubleshoot across the IT environment, including workstations, laptops, software, user accounts, connectivity and Microsoft 365.

  • Support colleagues throughout their IT journey, from onboarding and equipment setup to access management and ongoing technical assistance.
  • Keep IT operations running smoothly by following up on incidents, documenting solutions and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Work as a close-knit duo, sharing knowledge and responsibilities with your teammate while taking initiative and contributing to decisions about everyday IT operations.

  • You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and autonomy, taking responsibility for issues from diagnosis through to resolution.
  • You are a hands-on team player who enjoys working in a small team, sharing responsibilities and taking initiative. You communicate fluently in Dutch and/or French.

Support Specialist - Offer & Advantages

  • Real responsibility: take ownership of a broad IT support scope alongside one teammate, with visibility over the bigger picture.
