Software Support Engineer - The Opportunity

Monitor, maintain, and support enterprise software SaaS applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, infrastructure, and integrations.
Collaborate closely with development teams to implement fixes, patches, and improvements.
Work with infrastructure teams to ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Document incidents, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
Participate in deployment, testing, and configuration of new software releases.
Provide user support and training as needed.

Software Support Engineer - The Opportunity

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of software applications, databases, and IT infrastructure.
Experience with troubleshooting, incident management, and support workflows.
Hands-on experience with: Google Development Tools, Kibana, SQL, REST APIs
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
Familiarity with scripting or automation tools is a plus.
