We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to manage, support, and optimize the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support users while maintaining platform quality and performance.
Role
As a ServiceNow Administrator, you are responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform. You work closely with internal teams to ensure the platform runs reliably and supports business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform
- Configure forms, workflows, business rules, and UI policies
- Manage users, roles, and access rights
- Monitor platform performance and availability
- Handle incidents, requests, and platform-related issues
- Support upgrades, releases, and patching activities
- Maintain documentation and configuration standards
- Support users and provide basic training when needed

- Experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and platform features
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow configuration
- Experience with incident, request, and change management
- Familiar with testing and quality assurance processes

Languages
- Fluent in English
