Your responsabilities

Take full ownership of national and international tax and estate planning cases
Advise clients on tax structuring, succession planning, marital arrangements, and donations
Draft and review legal and tax documents with precision and rigor
Actively participate in client interactions and negotiations, providing creative and tailored solutions

Ideal profile

Belgian law degree, complemented with a Master in Tax Law, Notarial Law, or Estate Planning
Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years as a lawyer in estate planning and/or tax planning
French (native) with excellent English; Dutch is an asset
