Senior Security Engineer

Your Role

As a Senior Security Engineer, you will join a multidisciplinary team focused on implementing information security and risk processes, ensuring security is embedded from design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of information security and risk processes and standards.
• Collaborate with IT squads to ensure alignment with security principles.
• Coordinate IT security awareness initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT stakeholders.
• Monitor, control, and report on access rights and security risks.
• Document procedures and processes.
• Track and report on recurring security tasks, including:
• Control plan execution
• Patch management dashboards
• Security configurations
• Internal quality controls
• Exception management (logical accesses)

Required Skills and Experience:

• Excellent command of English (Dutch/French is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security or a transversal IT role.
• Knowledge of technology landscapes: infrastructure, systems, processes (hardware, OS, network).
• Experience in stakeholder management, communication, and process adherence.
